The Joy to Job Mentorship Program is designed to provide high school students with personalized, ongoing guidance as they explore potential career paths. Through this program, students are thoughtfully matched with mentors who are currently working or studying in their field of interest, creating meaningful connections that go beyond one-time conversations.

Running through to August, the program offers consistent monthly support, allowing students to build relationships, ask deeper questions, and gain insight over time. Mentors provide advice on everything from academic pathways and skill development to real-world expectations and industry trends, helping students make more informed decisions about their futures.

By connecting students with relatable role models who have navigated similar journeys, Joy to Job creates a supportive environment where curiosity is encouraged, goals are refined, and the path from interest to career becomes clearer and more achievable.
